Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Future Workplace policies and rules. 3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. Refund processing may take up to 45 days depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product only if:

• The product packaging has not been opened or tampered with.
• The product is damaged during delivery.
• The wrong product was delivered.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Future Workplace reserves the right to refuse returns if products have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Future Workplace delivers products across the UAE and selected international locations through third-party courier services.

• Delivery within UAE: approximately 1–2 working days.
• International delivery: approximately 4–10 working days.
