When scaled up into a boardroom table configuration, LaMesa transforms from an executive desk into a compelling gathering focal point. It combines premium materials, refined craftsmanship, and excellent functionality to support high-level meetings: executives, strategy sessions, client engagements. Its design balances formality with hospitality — it has presence without being overbearing.
Design Characteristics & Materials
Component Details
Tabletop Rectangular top in American walnut veneer or optionally in matte lacquer finish. Walnut gives warmth and sophistication; lacquer offers colour customisation.
Overtop work surface A central working pad over the top is upholstered in Tech-Leather, giving a superior writing / meeting experience and protecting the wood surface.
Support / Storage Component On one side, a “side container” in walnut serves dual purposes: as visual mass and functional storage; accessible both front & back for cable management or passing materials across the table.
Front board / modesty / structural element A structural front board, lacquer-finished (matte), gives clean geometry and support. It helps anchor the table visually and functionally.
Base / Legs A metal‐plate base finished in steel or “black mirror” or black nickel finish provides strong support and refined contrast with the wood and leather.
Dimensions & Scale for Boardroom Use
Standard LaMesa desk dimensions are about 240 × 95 × 75 cm (W × D × H).
There is an XXL / meeting-table version that goes up to 500 × 240 × 75 cm, allowing for large boardroom‐style setups.
Height ~ 75 cm is standard meeting height.

Cable Management: Side container accessible from both front & back for routing cables. Can be used during meetings to plug in devices or connect AV systems without cluttering the surface.
Accessibility & Sharing: Large surface and side container make it easy for meeting participants to pass documents or collaborate across the table. The broad format makes visibility around the table uniform.

Given its physical size and materials, LaMesa works best in rooms with good spatial proportions: enough length so that chairs can be pulled back comfortably at both ends; enough lighting to show the finishes; and possibly AV / media setup nearby.
